Amen.

Schmerz ruft eine Selbsterhaltungsreaktion hervor. Man wird zunehmend narzisstisch, selbstgerecht und blind dafür, welcher Schaden das eigene Verhalten bei anderen anrichtet.
Deswegen muss man den Schmerz beseitigen. Aber die Opferrolle ist ja irgendwo auch bequem. Man bekommt Mitleid, man muss keine Verantwortung übernehmen, denn Schuld sind ja andere.

Ich beseitige meinen Schmerz jetzt.
