Two ingredient cookies

CALORIES, ATTENTION! Very active during Christmas!
Not here! With this fast recipe you can not only snack untroubled, but you need only two (healthy) ingredients. Suitable for vegans too!

Ingredients
2 big, ripe bananas
1 mug of fine oatmeal
1 half mug of whatever

Peel the bananas and squish them in a bowl or a plate with a fork (you can also use a hand blender).

It doesn't work that good with fresh bananas!

Now fill oatmeal into a mug, for example the TRForge mug™.

It's better to use fine oatmeal, because rolled oatmeal doesn't get some people good... Well, they are just better for the cookies. Add them to the squished bananas and stir well.

The basic recipe for the cookies is now finished. "Spice" it up, if you like, with one or two additional ingredients, for example chocolate drops, dried cranberries, raisins, nuts, peanut butter cups... In addition to this a tea spoon of cinnamon or coconut flakes also fit perfectly.

I take half mug of vegan chocolate drops and some coconut flakes.

Just be careful, the third ingredient should not be more than half of the mug, otherwise your cookies will consist of more additional ingredients than the mash (like mine).

Now take a small pile out of the mash and put it on a baking paper, press them down a bit. The baking paper can be both on a baking plate or a grid.

Bake them at 180°C circulating air for 10-15 minutes until the cookies get golden-brown at some spots.

Possibly you have to remove curious, hungry predators.

After baking let the cookies cool down a bit, then they are ready to be served. They should be slightly crispy outside and soft inside. You can eat them warm or cold, but I'm not experienced in this, because they are always gone too fast. *looks around*

Enjoy your meal!
